In the final edition of Meet Your Staff we introduce you to Tiffany Selchow (@tifforama) . She shares beef-y stuff with you here, over on Twitter, and Instagram too. She also heads up the Gate to Plate tours amongst many other important tasks around the office. Ahem: Like getting your Arizona Beef license plates out the door and into your mailboxes. She is a proud University of Arizona Wildcat and loves anything related to Arizona and the Sonoran desert. She enjoys working with her husband, in her spare time, on the Quarter Circle U Ranch.
Coming in at 2nd place for most read blog posts of the year is: Fancy Night In: Filet Mignon with Mushroom-Wine Sauce⠀ ⠀ Brooke from @brooke.appetit shares delicious recipes over on her Instagram and we just couldn’t get enough. So we asked her to come up with something delicious for the Arizona Beef Blog. While she shared this delicious fancy night in dinner, she also showed off her family’s dairy farm and the impeccable care that is given to their cows.⠀ ⠀ Check out the whole story and delicious recipe (it is Friday... might want to surprise your sig other with this one tonight) by following the link in our bio.⠀ ⠀ #AZBeef #Beef #FiletMignon #FancyDinner #FancyNightIn #BrookeAppetit
In the spot for 6th most read blog post of 2018 was our post on Ranch Raised Kids!⠀ ⠀ The iconic photos of western life tend to feature older people who have lived this rough life for many years, and it often shows in the wrinkles caught on film. Seth Joel and Charlie Holland, a photography dynamic duo, set out to show the next generation of the ranching community. We did a question and answer session with these two and shared it on this post, along with a plethora of their beautiful photos and information on how you can order their book.⠀ ⠀ Link in bio.⠀ ⠀ #AZBeef #AZRanch #AZKids #AZFamily #RanchLife #AZRanchLife
In our ongoing Meet Your Staff series, today is the day to meet Maria Cadena! She came to the cattle community 19 years ago and she has proven an integral part of the success of the Arizona Beef Council office. She keeps everyone in line and makes sure the tools needed to do a great job are ready and waiting! Her passions include spending time with her family and serving her church. When it comes to a delicious beef meal, she prefers a good ribeye!
Coming in as the 7th most read blog post of 2018 was "You Can Always Come Back" by Amber Morin.⠀ ⠀ Amber Morin, who was raised on her family’s ranch, contributed a thought-provoking read in this blog post. The divide between agriculture and urban life is large and is only getting larger but we are all more alike than we think. Amber explains how. If you didn’t read this already, read it now. If you did read it when it came out, read it again anyway. It’s that good.⠀ ⠀ Link in bio.⠀ ⠀ #AZBeef #AZBlog #UrbanLife #AgLife #BetterTogether
Our 8th most read blog post of 2018 was all about the beef: 12 Days of Beef-y Recipes.⠀ ⠀ We put these recipes in one spot as a quick read to help with your holiday plans, but in reality, this can be a post you can refer to all year long. There are some delicious appetizers, main courses, and even a dessert recipe! We suggest you save this one to your Pinterest under your “Yummy Food” board.⠀ ⠀ Link on our profile.⠀ ⠀ #AZBeef #BeefRecipes #Appetizers #AZFoodie #Yum #PinterestWorthy
